TARC’s newest business, GRAND DESIGNS, is ideal for promoting
your business, school or team with our state of the art screen printing
process. We make high quality custom t-shirts, caps, and sportswear
as well as promotional items. No order is too small or too large.
We will work around your time frame and always guarantee your delivery
date. This new business has two TARC individuals and two TARC staff
members that guarantee great craftsmanship and attention to detail
for your order.
TRAINING FACILITY
The individuals in GRAND DESIGNS learn new skills and techniques such
as folding shirts, sorting by size, inventorying merchandise, selling
shirts in the TARC Gift Shop, labeling shirts, washing screens, and
teaching them to determine designs and operations.

PRICING
Prices are determined by the number of colors in the design, as
well as additive # of items ordered.
ART REQUIREMENTS
ART FEES
Simple typesetting with up to 2 scans or stock art images is free.
This does not include the screen set-up fee (if applicable).
VECTOR GRAPHICS
This is the preferred electronic format. We use CorelDraw X4, and
accept the following file types: CDR, AI, and EPS. Files can be
submitted on a PC formatted CD/DVD disk, or by email to granddesigns@terrebonnearc.org.
It’s important that all fonts be converted to curves, or we
may not be able to open the file.
COLOR MATCHING
We offer a wide range of stock ink colors to choose from. We will
mix custom colors or match PMS colors for you.
TURN AROUND TIME AFTER CUSTOMER APPROVAL
For T-Shirts and most other products, standard delivery is usually
14 days.
CANCELLATIONS
All orders can’t be cancelled after artwork has been approved
and in production.
TRADEMARKS
We assume no responsibility for determining who holds the title
of a trademark. All trademark liabilities rest with the customer.
PAYMENT POLICY
For all orders over $20.00, we require a 50% deposit at the time
the order is placed, and the balance upon completion. Acceptable
methods of payment are Cash, Check (No Third Party or Post Dated
Checks Please!), MasterCard or Visa. In some cases we will hold
a credit card number in lieu of a deposit. We reserve the right
to request payment in full up front.
Before products can be shipped, products must be paid
in full. NO EXCEPTIONS. Checks require 3-5 Business Days to process if it
is not available for electronic processing.
We combine advanced order processing systems with careful personal
review of each order to ensure the highest accuracy levels in the
industry. If you cancel your order after acknowledgement, customer
will be charged for all setup, apparel, and prepress costs incurred.
Quotes are good for 30 days.
