ORGANIZATIONAL EMPLOYMENT continues to grow and strive for the best in every TARC Enterprise. These businesses and campus training sites offer many vocational options. The various business training sites are designed to be able to identify an individual’s abilities and talents and expand them to their maximum potential. TARC's facility-based programs provide paid employment with prevocational and vocational training services. Training is provided in customer service, manufacturing, food production, packaging, horticulture, and janitorial services. Individuals participating in these programs increase stamina, learn communication skills, and independent functioning, as well as on-the-job training.
