Founded in 1952 and incorporated in 1962, TARC has been and continues to be a driving force in Terrebonne Parish and beyond. TARC is dedicated to motivating, engaging and fostering the creativity, ability and worth of the individuals it serves and, at the same time, connects them to their community. TARC has and continues to maintain an environment of meaningful programs, leading to a high quality of life, and maintaining a culture that encourages people to grow.
